Here's my take on a DPS Misty Step build. I know the last vid was also a Misty Step build but movement-based builds are just too much fun. 😅 If you have an idea on how to improve the build, or would like to share a build of your own, please let me know in the comments!
As of writing this comment, there is a bug where: If you attempt to perform a back dash melee attack with Misty Step, it will instead perform an Engineer Turret melee attack. I expect this to be patched soon so I did not include it in the video.
Am running your last misty step build but with a bleed focus within it, am able to solo all bosses and also help randoms within their games so thank you 🙂
@@dudleygg merciless with extender, worlds edge with vampire blade and nebula with twisting wounds or enigma depending on boss your fighting and sometime i use the blood tinged ring depending on area (world) defo a great coop build but also great solo its the superglue of a team, ravangers mark sometimes but it sort of breaks the build so sometimes its not wise to use
Fun build, thanks. I thought I’d use it with sporebloom, but I was surprised how much I more I enjoyed it with crescent moon. So I subbed in the double barrel for my sidearm, which I use like you did sporebloom when things get hectic, and now I have the best of both worlds. This is my new favorite bow build by far.
So I tested this build and one issue I have is full moon buff is never really active all that much. Each time you misty step the buff goes away since grey health is not considered full health.
the circlet is more there for the lifesteal to replenish the health lost from stepping. bandit will allow the damage buff to occur occasionally though.
Sup dude The forgiveness pistol in trials of osiris which ends this weekend today and may not be available is actually insane and doesn’t need to be aimed it’s the cod g41 glock or whatever in mw2
Very good. I use almost same as you, but slighty different. Hunter (shroud / Invader (Void Cloak). Invader has great bonus for evade cost reduction, evade stack damage (up to 35, and 5 crit chance). Look at the passive. For rings akari war band work excellent with void cloack, targeting ring for perfect spread and extra range, outcast ring for 25 reload. Ring of omen and moon amulet. For relic tranquil heart with spread reduction, crit chance, stamina cost. Black fuild concoction. Mp 60 with corrosive and refounder. Just dodge and shoot, no need to be within 10m for extra damage. 75 armor weight. Its perfect survavibility and gun power. And you have a decoy on demand with relic. Try it
Invader is a great choice as secondary Archetype. S.H.A.R.K. is nice because the damage doesn't fall off and the stamina cost reduction from the other perk is perfect for Misty Step. The issue with Invader tho is that it doesn't have a DPS skill that compares to Challenger's Rampage. Good idea on Akari War Band tho, I gotta try that next time I stream with Invader subclass.
@@dudleygg agree, i really live being invisible with hunter skill, and misty step (bloodhound step enjoyer), and auto dodge. You can always use worm hole for extra damage but im not really confortable with it for the moment.
For pure dps purpose i prefer gunslinger bulletstorm over the challenger skill, sporebloom bandit became full auto, insane relaod speed, auto reload on kill, much better skill cooldown. You can swap akari war band or targeting jewel or the other ring (for reload speed stack) for the crit chance on kills ring
Hey Dudley, question for you. I've replicated the build (aside from the mythic relic fragments, still leveling them), but my armor weight is 75.8 vs your 65. Is this purely because of the stamina cost different of the relic fragments?
I don't have sporebloom yet so I'm compensating with the double barrel long gun (don't remember the name of it atm) with the bandit mutator. However saw u said somewhere that it was nerfed so would recommend slayer instead then? Big fan of the video and build, subscribed 🙏
I enjoy using Song of Eafir to slow doen enemies to get an easier headshot. Overflow is nice as well to buff reload speed, or any other elemental rounds.
So would it be possible to build this one as a melee version? I just cant get my head around it and this seems to have some Real Ninja potential with all those misty steps :)
Nice build man…. Any thought on adding the Burden of the Gambler ring to increase crit chance and damage even more? Also, could you switch the primaries so that the resurrection perk from challenger was active instead of the Hunter primary? Was wondering if that would weaken the build much?
Burden of the Gambler is great on bosses that don't have consistent weakspots like Kaeula's Shadow or Legion! If you were to swap Hunter and Challenger you'd have your Hunter Skill on cooldown a lot more often in exchange for the free life. Not toooo bad if you need the extra insurance
essentially permanent 50% damage from hunters prime perk means fights will be over quicker before you need that second life. In dungeon clearing, if you are having a hard time, challenger prime perk would help. Also black cat ring is a great crutch if you want to keep the damage from hunter but kinda rely on the crutch of a second life.
@@Marea1990 The build still works but you'll have to use a bow, sniper, or Sporebloom with Slayer Mutator instead. I don't like the Sporebloom anymore since the nerf so maybe you should try the Widowmaker instead! But I like the Sparkfire Shotgun on a Ritualist build even more :P @@Marea1990
Nightfall wont be as good with Hunter's shroud so maybe swapping that skill for hunter's focus or hunter's mark would be better. Maybe even swap hunter for gunslinger to help with nightfall reload speed and fire rate
@@SirMitsuruji5 Sporebloom is still fine to use after the nerfs. Maybe can use Slayer mutator on it instead. I think you should try to get Tranquil Heart for this build cuz you will lose a lot some health without it.
Having the Mythic Stamina Cost Reduction Relic Fragment is most important if you're missing that. Dark Fluid is vital as well. After that, max health or encumbrance would affect the health drain.

Glad you think so! After playing this build it's hard to play something else since it's so fun 😅 good luck on your apoc run!
Still use it just changed the shotgun to Sparkfire. Sparkfire is such a good gun. Probably my fav in the game rn.

Hey! There was a recent rebalancing patch for armor that messed with weight and also a change to strong back trait. This is why ya see a difference!
