I like the dub but you can really tell that japanese is an entire different way of speaking because when translated it kinda sounds old timey which actually fits kimetsu since its supposed to take place long time ago

This isnt explained in the anime, but the lower 1 used to be an hypnotist. And the same thing he does as a demon he also did as a human. He used to put sick people under hypnosis to make them think they were cured and then almost at the end, they snap them out of the ilusion to make them realize that they were still sick.
Enmu honestly has a very powerful blood demon art, and is probably the most cautious demon yet, besides Muzan himself. By all means, his plan was brilliant. If Nezuko wasn’t here then the slayers would literally have no way out of their dreams. Though clearly Nezuko’s exploding blood seems to keep messing with other demons blood demon arts. Hmmm… Anyway, season 2 is actually 18 episodes.
