Fun fact: if you turn off the Explorer in windows 10 and press Alt + Tab, then you would see the Windows 95 Alt + Tab window.
you can do it with a registry change to make it like that even with explorer enabled

On ChromeOS if you do alt + tab and have more than one window open it will switch to the other one

Alt is Like Option key. Command is like Windows kay. Ctrl is like Control key (yes, that's on a Mac).
