It's my 2nd time meditating , last time I did I had a friendly game of 11 a side football and i played so so good , but I thought it was a coincidence and meditating didn't do anything , today I had a game with my u14 national team against Armenia , i watched this video half an hour before kickoff , the game ended 3-0 for us and I scored 2 goals and 1 assist , lost possesion couple of times but got motm and played the best I have ever played , really thankful for u coach , keep it up with your content both on tt and on yt
I'll just say never stop meditation, you may not be at the mental stage where you can find the difference coming and stop meditation, this happened with me and now after years i realised even 1 week for 5 mins made difference back then, it was just silly me who couldn't realise and i stopped meditation........if i could say 3 words to my past self I'll only say "NEVER STOP MEDITATION"

Hi coach I was wondering the best way to get fit( I am currently doing the John terry) . I am also following your resistance training plan but I only have dumbbells, do you have a specific workout routine that I can use that only needs dumbbells please?
take care of your nutrition & sleep Do some sprints/interval runs/up hill sprints/, you will boost those muscle fibers by doing it . and the best way to get fit ; is to play more games.
Follow the resistance training plan and try to play as much as possible, even small sided games are great for fitness. If you need extra stuff add in 1-2 interval fitness sessions and 1-2 HIIT workouts. If you sub to me on Patreon I have a ton of ideas for fitness session in my off season plan!
I’m in a bad situation right now. My coach said everyone will get a fair opportunity to play in matches, and well… I haven’t been given that opportunity. I’ve been at all the training sessions, I’ve been working hard on and off the field. But let alone have i not started, I haven’t played in any of the first three friendly matches. We’re going into our league very soon and I honestly don’t think I will get any game time unless the whole team gets injured. I know I’m just as good as everyone else on my team, but I haven’t been given an opportunity to prove myself and that’s what is killing me. I’d rather play terrible than never play at all.
It might be an idea to talk to your coach as well. Hear him out on why he is not playing you. Its your right as a player to hear the reasons and your coach’s perspective on why you’re not playing. Keep your head up!

Only problem now is… it’s my last year in school and I have exams to study for also so I don’t know if I should put in the time to practice if it potentially is my last year. Unless I play rugby in college.

Head up. Seasons are long and you will get a chance at some point, it's up to you to be ready when it comes!
