I'm really on the fence with Jessy's mom. On one hand, she told detectives Jessy shouldn't be getting any money from Lynn's especially those huge checks. Jessy has defrauded her own mother and grandma in the past. She has tried to commit suicide, numerous times. She definitely didn't hit no jackpot if Jessy's her only child.
On the other hand, it's hard to gauge her involvement because of Jessy's past misdeeds because you're not sure if it was Jennifer trying to access those funds or Jessy masquerading as Jennifer flower trying to access Lynn's assets. Jessy has muddied the waters to such a degree. You can't tell who's telling the truth anymore. In Jennifer Flower's defense, anything Jessy ever did before killing Lynn Hernan, Jessy always worked alone when she defrauded her victims.

I sat thru 2 hours listening to Jessy talking…I cannot watch another minute of her. She is the epitome of evil for victim blaming Lynn who is not here to defend herself. She makes me nauseous!

Was that Letter allegedly written by Lyn ever verified by the Court?
There is camera footage of her writing the letter and putting it in the envelope and then handing it to someone.

How someone acts in a structured, controlled environment says nothing about what she will do if released. As a substitute teacher, I know that environment affects behavior.
I'm disappointed that judge Dorow gave her an opportunity for release.. Lynn died a painful cruel death and after her death they smeared her name even further. I can't believe she wouldn't consider the cruelty and lack of remorse when sentencing.

@@RullXov I know in financial crimes, there are tools like clawbacks, that courts can use to recover lost funds. Even casinos wouldn't be immune to the clawbacks. Hopefully, this state can do the same for the injured parties.
If criminals are not allowed to profit from their crimes, that means she's ineligible to inherit 50% of Lynn's original estate. Anthony Pozzo must be entitled to well over $300,000.

When asked to speak about her daughters character, the mother interestingly does not give any positive.

I love how the judge has to remind the mother that she should be talking about her daughter's character, not badmothing and running down the memory of her supposed "best friend" and "sister". What a mother-daughter duo!! 😝
Calling the commissary "I Care" is a mindfck! For all the people who don't have family financially capable of sending money, don't have family or friends, having to eat the prison slop and seeing other people with better food, it sends the message that no one cares for them. It makes a horrible experience that much colder.

I wouldn’t say that…u never know what people go thru….I hit a man that was in my home abusing me & I got in trouble..sentenced to 42 days in jail…luckily they gave me house arrest so I’m at home & I can wrk, but it was literally self defense & in WI they don’t care…this guy is 6’2 250lbs & I asked him to leave numerous times b4 he started throwing me around & I grabbed the nearest thing & clocked him…7 stiches he got…now I’m trouble..my daughter was here & we were scared…none of that mattered..I don’t go around hitting people & im not a bad person…so I try not to judge other people wen I don’t know the situation…Jessy on the other hand is a bad lady…after watching this trial I’m comfortable stating that

If those letters and the "new will" were authentic documents then Jessy's lawyers would have entered them into evidence during the pre trial discovery process.
Judge Dorow saw right through their lies and deception, and gave Jessy the maximum, including "consecutive" terms.

What we learned is, Jessy is needed in jail and likely prison. She should remain there for the sake of her fellow inmates and for what she did to Lynn and Lynn’s family & friends.
We also learned that Jessy’s mother has balls of steel. She read the self serving fake letter & will. No one believes her but she did it anyway.

Is it common for the judge to go on and on this long with the sentencing?
During cases that have really long trials she usually does go into detail and takes her time to explain her sentences to show both sides she gave great consideration and explains her decision in great detail. She did the same for the Darrell Brooks trial.

I believe the authorities should strongly look into Lynn's mother's suspicious death. Why would Jessy even bring that up?! Moreover, claim that Lynn poisoned her with eye drops! I feel Jessy is covering up another poisoning she committed. Jessy knew Lynn would inherit her mother's estate and Lynn's father had already passed away. There were two people standing in the way of Jessy receiving that loot; Lynn and her mother. I strongly think Jessy got cold feet and thought the authorities were going to look into Lynn's mothers death. Therefore she blamed it on someone who couldn't defend herself.

Omg 2 hours Jesse went on. I fell asleep and woke to her still talking 😂 ......very sad case. I'm not sure what to think. I question 8 Attorney's and law enforcement.
However Jesse has 30 yrs to fight on her wrongful conviction. 70 yrs old if she lives that long eating prison food. I wouldn't want to eat it. The older woman 70 yrs old in jail what in the world could she do to go to jail. I know she's thankful to have made a friend even if it was Jesse. Jesse was nice to her.
In that situation i would want a friend as well. She will never pay restitution in this life. There's ways around that in prison. She won't do without.

Give me strength! It's clear the Mother may well be involved in all of this. She clearly knew what a thieving rat daughter she had years ago when her daughter even stole from her. She had nothing to do with her daughter for quite some time by all accounts. The thief clearly stole from many, got caught and was jailed and then came up with this sickening, murderous plot. These letters her Mother are reading out from the victim have clearly been written by either this Murderer or her mother. If the victim was so sick, how could she possibly have written these long letters? They are just a forgery as was the Will. Let's hope 'Mummy Dearest' is thoroughly investigated too.
