Good summary, awesome fenders and hardware. You don’t mention why you’re using the midfork braze-ons instead of those near the dropouts. That option became useful when disc brakes came about. I used the dropout braze-ons to mount mine and between the disc brakes and the lowrider rack it took some trial and error. (The midfork braze-ons are busy with front rack struts. The lowriders are staying put!) The beauty of your fenders is once installed they are rock-solid. And don’t forget the leather mud flaps!
Due to the shape of the dropouts, it would require a spacer to mount the r-clips to the dropouts, and we felt we didn't want to get into the weeds with this video. We wanted it to be fairly simple and a reference for folks looking to install our fenders on their bikes. The original disc brake Pass Hunter had its fenders mounted like this, too, and I ran them that way for years. I think it's a valid and very solid mounting spot for fenders.
If you want one bike to do a little bit of everything, this is is the frame for you. With 42c gravelkings set up tubeless, I ride mine on road, gravel, and mellow single track (often all in the same ride). If you're looking to do pure roadie, though, maybe look at the new V.O. rando frame?

I don't know if I can mount the front fender on my Trek Checkpoint gravel bike. There is no mounting hole on the fork crown.
Is there plans to install low rider racks on this one? Was that the reason for not using the fork end mounts for the front fender stays?

this frameset wouldn't be good as a roadie right? im new and deciding on a frameset to get

How do you put on the rear wheel on while having fender on???
Vertical dropouts make it easy. Horizontal or rear facing is more difficult.
There just one chain ring on the back?
It's a doube crankset.
There's none yet, what you're seeing is the mount for the disc brakes.
