for the most part, i'm sticking to the first one. it wastes less time and fabric. nice to know about alternatives, we never know when they could come in handy !
I'm so glad I found you! I knew I'd done this once before, but couldn't remember how. Now I know 4 ways and have a template too! I'm subscribed and glad to be.
On the first one . After sewing the triangle to the square I couldn't figure out how to join both corners of the triangle the way you showed it help me out a lot I was getting ready to quit on it thanks 👍

What is the final size of the square? a 4"? I'm trying to make a finished 4.5" square and wondering on the quick method how large to make my corner small squares
@@teresadownunder . Sorry not for me. As much as I love doing this work that's the last thing I would do. If people can not sew a straight line then they don't need to be sewing
Love your videos and techniques and the no chit chat. But not the music. I just turn the sound way down. I don't like the whistling, finger snapping, clapping, nor foot stamping, unless you're wearing clogs and dancing. I do like the tempo of the music you have chosen. Don't mind .edu. As I stated before, I turn the sound down and watch. Be safe. Virginia in northern Ohio
Oh, how I love square in square blocks - let me count the ways. Fascinating, Teresa. Thank you for the variety.
You are so welcome!
Love the freezer paper! I hate making forty eleven copies to tear up. It will be my next project to learn this accurately. Thank you again!

How do you figure out the size square to cut for the frame
There’s this calculator www.quiltersparadiseesc.com/Calculators/Square%20in%20a%20Square%20Calculator.php
What is the final block size?
You have the details at the end of the video
I love that 1/4 “ foot. What sewing machine do you have?

Gracias.
Love it! But no need to destroy pattern by sewing over it! Just fold paper and sew along side it. You pinned it so it won't slip.
Thank you for the suggestions

Tutti metodi validi però il 2° mi sembra più facile e veloce, senza sprecare carta... Giusto? ;-)
👍
No waste

Ничего не поняла!🤔
Wished it was not going so fast
You can change the playback speed on the player
I never understood paper piecing. Why in the world would anyone want to go through all that extra work?
Maybe not for simple blocks but it’s great for trickier blocks and the results is always perfect for little effort

Method 3 and 4 are the same just different papers
