I like Fantasy and Decoy aswell
absolute genius
Yo where is decoyyyyy
the authenticity really comes through in the show. You can tell it's not made up by some out of touch BBC producer. Hope it's not their last project working together
Oliver 2000 totally agree. I thought they could of ended with the truth about Decoys child! So much more of their stories to be told!
they mentioned around half way through this video that they are currently writing another series :)

I watched the hole series about 10 times already. One of my favourite ever shows on TV.
The whole thing about Steve thinking Robyn is his nan reincarnated is literally one of the best thing about this show!
Coco Bob 😂😂😂😂 *holding baby “Nan??”
lets hope they write the script of Steves explaining reincarnation to Robyn (when shes older).

Yassss haha
When grinder drops that pill at the rave he looks proper off his nut 😂😂 convinced he actually got on it for that episode haha
If you see them talk about what they did as a job before the show you can see them all look over to grindah and they joke in reference to the call centre jobs that he would have had ‘lots of phones’ and the producer then goes to say ‘you got an eighth?’ Man was deffo a drug dealer ahahaha
Jayne I said the exact same thing to my mate 😂
Ash is the same dude who was producer on The Office no wonder there are some clear similarities and the standard is high, man knows how to produce some quality programming
And u don't mean C++
Great choice in movies my man
Can’t believe chabuds actually sounds like that 😭😂
Ikr!!!!
What? I don’t hear what you and 148 others heard at all.
@@publicrelations9612 he has a heavy Indian accent in the show
@@singalexsong no don’t get me wrong I hear the emphasis on the accents but I guess for the street British twang shines through more and I find it more at odds with his dress sense which is Indian cool or even gypsy. TBF I think it’s just a very interesting hilarious character and you will find something there that’s stands out more. Just my perspective. I realised it’s at odds with many
@@singalexsong but he’s Pakistani though
I first discovered them from their youtube episodes. Couldn’t believe it when i heard BBC picked them up for a series because it was such a niche concept. The series has become more accessible for people who didn’t grow up knowing these types of people but at its core the characters, though extreme caricatures, are very real. Holding on to a bygone era and have no clue about the modern world. Kudos to the BBC for giving these talented people a platform for their comedy.
couldn't have said it better
Yeah, it's just a shame the last episode of the webseries was annihilated PC (as in politically correct) style and almost impossible to find anymore. Even online articles describing the series go into the detail of all but the last episode. Someone decided it was too insensitive for these uber senistive snowflake sjw times and did a proper erase, soviet union censorship styleeeeeee. That's what happens when you roll with da BBC's I guess.
Have you ever watched Tower Block Dreams Ghetto on Sea?
I agree mostly, except I don't know if they're even "extreme" in that I knew a guy pretty much *exactly* like Steves lol.
"I believe that everyone has a purpose but we'll never know what that is" Steves

Fantasy should be on stage too for asking for an orange in front of the probation officer.
Didn't even eat it🍊
Really glad Fantasy was part of the show
"people that smoke weed dont usually get around to writing bafta winning shows" - haha. sure.
That was so condescending
'*a lot of weed'. That's a lot more true.
yeah cause they're too busy doing coke
she's everything that's wrong with mainstream media. Entitled, mediocre, but white and middle class so is somehow qualified to talk about this. I know a lot of people who smoke weed and they are in responsible jobs, are extremely creative, and well-adjusted members of society. Alcohol is so much worse
Yer she nearly lost me with that naive comment
I grew up near these boys, can relate to their shenanigans a lot, blazing, working in a call centre, prank calling, etc. They done so well to turn all of that into something commercially tangible, humorous and ultimately successful. All the best to you lads
I thought they were still in character at first 😂

These boys got the era spot on! If your a certain age then this show is like a slice of your own life, sidewinder, pure garage, speed garage, mc kie, heartless cru, dj luck, pay as you go cartel. Me and my mates were all like this and I know in many cities and towns its the same. Pirate radio. Pirate sets n raves. Seshs with your mates on the vinyls and bad hash. Memories
Their dressing and styling is so accurate as well! I remember decoy with the tn cap and evisu jeans, some serious memories right there!
Southend On Sea based Ghetto on Sea inspired.
Some episodes start off at over an hour before editing?
There’s definitely shit loads of discarded gold in there for us esoteric west London garage heads.
Please deliver.

I wish I could get more of my pals here in the US to watch this show. Funniest show I have seen in a very long time. Very well written and incredibly witty characters.
The funniest shit in this was when Asim said they filmed in his dads taxi office and there was a load of real chebuddy g’s in there looking at him and it was awkward
I only found this snow on Netflix a week ago. It’s genius.
I was lucky enough to make it along to this event and thoroughly enjoyed it. Such a nice bunch of guys who obviously love what they do.
My favourite show. Could tell after the first time I saw it that it was going to be a massive hit eventually. Very proud of all of them.

WOW this is like the cinderella story of some stoners making youtube videos just for fun, and ending up making one of the most inspired and fun british sitcoms of the last years
Just watched the whole series. The best comedy acting and writing for years. Highly talented, especialy Steves ;)
Can friendships ever be this amazing. Guys are no longer loyal, driven and passionate in a group setting. It's every man for himself.
Speak for yourself.
Angels Birthday had me in absolute pieces.
@Matt P when him and grinda got in the lift together lol
There was a documentary in the early 2000s called Tower Block Dreams.. That's where they got the idea. Can't fault there execution and how far they have taken it though
Maybe they couldn't even mention it cos of the Charlie Sloth episode that was pulled?
Yeah the pilot is literally lifted right off the documentary ignoring Gambit.
Hugo Chegwin is a really talented guy. He's got an Ivor Novello award for work he did with Emile Sande. And he's Keith Chegwin's nephew :)

Beats had the best character progression. Gave himself purpose aside from radio, plus th e way he interacts with Craig n Roche 😂
Beats didn't exactly have any real competition when it comes to character progression but in his own way, Grindah was almost as good due to the last season coming in clutch for him.
Montrealer here...love this mockumentary and watched your BBC 1 radio show with Craig David, Shola Ama, Big Narstie...LOVE LOVE LOVE!
What about Shola Ameobi from Newcastle?
Its mad how an idea between friends has been able to be shared like this, unreal show I just hope this leads to more opportunities for others who come from nothing being able to express themselves when they have legitimate talent
Chabudy G's best line "waste what want what? what not want what? the old saying you know, not what want what " that and trying to say vorld vibe veb lol
Decoy couldn’t be there as he’s spending time with Angel and Miche, just because you know he’s around a lot
Anyone else hear that whisper at 36.15 "I need to go toilet"
Has nobody seen “Tower block dreams”. A documentary about the scene in Southend. It’s definitely where they got it from. They even took the same names!
Yeah I just posted a comment about that
ruclips.net/video/dRdgXmL8DvQ/видео.html
THANK YOU. They really should have mentioned that documentary here.
I am totally addicted to this show, watched on Netflix. I was gutted when I finished the series. Thanks guys and girls. I have a terrible crush on Miche.
Eww miche is nastyyy
Well be gutted no more. People just do nothing is going to Japan for a full length feature film.
I love how similar they are to their characters !!
Thanks for this upload. Really great to see these guys talk about the show. Would be nice to see the other characters involved in these talks too.
PJDN just gets brentford down to a T with the whole garage vibe reminds me when i was younger lol with the decks in the room and the dress sense. I wish them them all the best and more success.
This show is one of the great comedy creations of all time.
Excellent writing and heart went into this show! It could not have been so perfectly without a touch of experience in that lifestyle. Love it
What a show. We won’t see one like this again, so original and so funny.
When things naturally evolve and the stars all align truely great things are created! This program is absolutely brilliant!
Every character is perfection
First thought: Where's Decoy and Miche? I had no idea that the actors were also writers/creators, really cool. Also, I was under the impression that the show was a comedy fictional take-off on the "Ghetto on Sea" episode of the 2004 documentary "Tower Block Dreams" about a pirate radio station in Southend, is that a misconception or is that true?
AllPeopleUniti know your comment was a while ago but speaking to others it definitely is taken from tower block dreams there is lots of scenes taken from there
Yeah course they stole it from tower block dreams. They didn't even bother to change "beats" name lol
that wind barrier moment bought back memories
Glad I found this, love the show
Thanks very much for this been looking for some out of character stuff.
As an expat, only just found & seen this show! Brilliant!!! LOve it & keep rewatching... Also foud out that Dan (Decoy) was an apprentice for my niece's dad (electrician)
Absolutely brilliant group of guys, so talented and funny they deserve every success! Huge fan of PJDN!
I love this show! It's rare that new shows actually make me laugh but this one does...every time! Love Chabuddy G the Mayor of Houslow!
I’ve watched all 5 seasons over 50 times!
As a costme/Prop designer and Mocumentary master in film and music it was right up my alley!
This is genius art and film at its absolute best! Very upset Netflix dropped it from the platform! Been trying to find a US region Dvd /Blu of all episodes since! Loved The Japan episode! It made my month!

Fantastic to watch this
Love this show!
This is great. I loved the show. Steves was my fav
Great show. Judging by their initial videos it doesn't look as hard to do as I thought.
I'm surprised by how similar they are irl to their characters. I really thought it was like an Ali G thing (like Ash said) where they were like complete caricatures done by some amazing actors. That's really nice, it shows there was a lot of subtlety to appreciate.
Bloody great interview!
The full cast are pure quality and verrrrryyyy talented like bro
Love em
Big up to the boys on this one, they made history and they deserve it, kurupt FM has a forever place in out hearts 💖

Very funny, very clever, smashed it kurupt fm 😀
Chabud is hilarious, funny man. Need to bring some more series out boys.
Just curious, who is everyone’s favorite character? I gotta say Steve’s is mine. He’s just so innocent and child like. The way he was all happy about being their accountant and spending all of his money, or when he was afraid of religion at the christening of angel. Some may not get this reference but he’s def got a little Stan laurel in him from the old Oliver and hardy movies and being a fan of those, maybe that’s why I find him so funny.
Love these guys, also appreciate the Bafta scene and what it potentially represents.
haha that wind barrier has happened a few times
Great show!
These guys are legit.
chabuddy is now even funnier now I know that the Indian accent that slips out every now and then is totally a part of the fictional character
Love the show. Reminded me of some TPB.
