So THATS how you do colored device names. I've seen videos where ships will have that, but never figured out how that was done. And agree 'O' to level your ship is a useful command. So useful I bound it to the right mouse button. 'O' also works with your drone - sometimes. Thank you.

They are part of the crew selections. When you have a crew in your toolbar, right click and you'll have the options. You can find them, salvage them or even buy them.

Nice tuto. But about the cpu... when you are playing reforged eden, you need them all.
