Well done and encompassing video! Thanks man! This video kept me from pulling my hair out (what's left of it)! The section regarding Network Connnections > Properties > enable Internet connection sharing - did the trick for me, as I'd already made changes to all of the Windows services & features you mentioned, without any luck.
For the average computer user who simply wants their private home network to just work, in this day and age, it amazes me that connecting all the devices couldn't be as simple as plugging-in a toaster.

in "Function Discovery Resource Publication" you clicked apply and then cancel which discarded changes. FYI, you can just double click the services item to pull up the properties window, you don't have to right click and then choose properties.
Next the :apply" button applies changes and keeps the window open for any other changes you might want to make in that window. If you have made changes and don't want to make any additional changes in that window, you can just click "ok" which will save changes and close the window at the same time.

Hi, works this for shadowpc aswell? I try to connect my quest 3 with shadow and virtual desktop but im not in the local network it seems.
Still my issue isn't fixed when I open network section in file manager it is showing turn on network sharing option, and i tried multiple methods to fix that but still it is not fixed what should I do?

The 'sharing' tab isn't there when I go to my connection. Maybe it's because I have a wired connection and no wi-fi on this machine? Either way, I'm still unable to share folders from this PC with my other PC.

My computer are not connecting and sharing printer Pleas Help.
You have to go to the computer that the printer is connected to and installed on, go to devices and printers and find the printer. Choose that printers properties and find "share this printer" Many printers connect directly to you Wi-Fi network and then becomes available to any device on the local network. On a device [computer] you want to printer to be available make sure the printer is connected to the network and turned of and then go to devices and printers on the computer you want to use it on and do a search for printers, choosing the printer the shows up after the scan and install it.
