Great advice - I needed this today... I am in a horrific cycle of doctors... I have a rare autoimmune disease and these few weeks have been so so challenging for me and I am truly on my own here.....aside from my country under so much stress as well. Thank you for your kindness.... I appreciate it very much...

Protect my peace very difficult and easy at same time and it is feeling how great our God is and the heart just amazed knowing that.

This is a powerful video. I wake up crying because of so much physical pain but find that so much mental pain is my sorrow about the stress & sadness over our planet- particularly everything that relates to animals & wildlife! I don’t know how to protect my heart & want desperately to be able to do more to stop the abuse & killing.
This video reminds me that I must learn to release these patterns within so I can allow my body to heal. And then I can be a benefit & even help in some way to help the planet.
I will listen to this many times so thank you. Blessings

Wonderful Fred, thank you. Yes, that's why it's here, watch it over and again as much as it's supportive.

Dear Dr. Goldstein, thank you for this guidance. We appreciate it. It is so important to look after ourselves in this way - although, at the same time, many of us find it necessary to monitor the news and evaluate risks in order to decide at what point the country/region we live in is so life-threatening that we must leave and move to a safer location or take some other action. This is what I struggle with. Of course I realize that protecting our peace is a necessary foundation for making such a major life change, but I find that nowadays the steady drumbeat of unsettling news is different from the steady drumbeat of unsettling news that has always been part of life. 30-40 years ago, I would hear of earthquakes or wars and give some money to Doctors Without Borders or volunteer for an environmental organization, but then withdraw from the news if I got overwhelmed, knowing that my immediate circle of people were essentially safe. Nowadays, I am not safe. Nowadays, the news is not a minor irritant that I can tune out.

Absolutely Mai...you definitely don't want to tune out the news, we need to be aware and but we also need to evaluate the extent of exposure requisite to our health and well-being.
