Thank you master Bao, I sit in front of computer all day and the lower back pain really hurts me everyday . I tried to practice with the 74 forms videos couple times, although barely can catch up with each form, it eased my pain very effectively already. Thanks and I hope more people will know your techniques and have the chance to learn from you. 🙏
