I need the auto tracking to have less headroom please.
When you end the auto tracking, I wish it would go to a preset that is not so wide.
Better color controls on the app/and the actual camera. WB, RGB, etc. It is virtually impossible to color match to our JVC cameras. :(

1. We will eventually have the ability to change the headroom for the auto-tracking in a future firmware update.
2. That will be added to the Web UI in a future firmware update.
3. Try downloading the PTZOptics CMP (Camera Management Platform). It's a free app on our website and try color correction with that.

I personally use the Cameras Web UI with vMix color correction tools to match our cameras here in the studio.

Hello, unfortunately, you can not adjust the smoothness of the zoom and panning. If you have a PTZOptics Move 4K camera, we recommend turning on the motion sync in the web UI under control. Motion sync will synchronize the pan tilt and zoom while calling presets.
