Many Kenyan leaders fly to foreign nations for bench marking trips. Whatever they see & learn abroad never gets implemented because our cities lack in beauty, planning & orderly environment. Nairobi has a long way to go before it reaches the standards of Manila development.
It depends of whom handle the political reign of govt.. Changes of any country good or bad comes from them... so let us pray for leaders that truly care for their nations, who are patriotic, intelligence and have vision. Someday Africa will blossom like a rose, but it will be on the hands of leaders on the younger generations not the old ones
@@shinhaakatsuki2516 Wrong. Changes comes from the poeple. If the citizen elect a morally upright and not corrupt politicians then progress is easy to achieve.
@@maxteel2017 There are no institutions in most African countries that can stop corruption or even punish corrupt leaders most courts in Africa are captured by the government of the day. Even if you elect an upright person. They can easily get corrupt and no one will stop them.

This is the kind of places I long to and very hard to find in my city Kinshasa: neither the overcrowding that make you look above your shoulder every meter for your safety, nor the ghettos for the super rich only. A place where I can walk, think, sit, drink, eat calmly without being invaded or feeling cut off from the average people.

I know that every place in Africa can have their own unique beauty too. Here in the Philippines, we also have to deal with corrupt politicians, and so I hope every African country can have a government that sincerely works for the good of its people.

BGC has a lot of malls as well 1. High Street Mall 2. Market Market Mall 3. Central Square Mall 4. SM Aura Mall 5. Mitsukoshi Japanese Mall (newest mall) 6. Uptown Mall 7. One Bonifacio High Street Mall.

Try to watch a Filipino series " The Broken Marriage Vow" it showcased the coldest city in the Philippines named Baguio. It's beautiful. Hope you can stream it in your country
Being a multicultural county makes the Philippines the friendliest country on Earth. You can see people from different parts of the world. Africans, Westerners, Middle Eastern and Americans.
Koreans, Chinese and Germans are the most number of tourists. Indians and Africans and also Koreans are getting education here to learn English and because of affordable tuition fees esp in the field of medicine.
English is already one of the official languages of India. Indian students go to the Philippines not because of its English education, but because of its medical college courses.

Try visit American cemetery in bgc .uptown mall in bgc...Eastwood city in quezon city...ortigas center in pasig there is high end mall called Podium mall and sm mega mall and oldest and first robinson mall in manila...visit also the Spanish colonial site in Intramuros manila fort Santiago manila and rizal park and manila bay also the oldest China town in the work located in manila...sm mall of Asia...greenbelt mall the high end mall in makati city manila grorietta mall at ayala triangle Christmas light decor

More of BCG please, you just basically covered a portion of the center part, go back to where you started - that area of the huge 3D electronic billboard across Shake Shack Burger, then cross the road, go down to that Shangri la Hotel area all the way to Mind Museum all the way to Burgos Circle up to the Forbestown Area. so much more to see there. Also, make a tour of the Uptown District in BGC, the other main road parallel to the 32nd main street. So in a nutshell BGC has almost 40 streets inside including main roads to explore, to begin with... Cheers! Thanks, I subscribed by the way.

BGC is the 3rd biggest and the newest.

I am a filipino, manila is still crowded because of massive construction from subways to bridges connecting provinces, smart cities being built in different provinces and airport, new clark city will be the new capital as they want to decongest manila. After 10 years it will be a complete different story.

This is not the streets of Manila. You need to go to Intramuros, Tondo and Binondo.
Metro Manila or simply Manila is acceptable.

My friend tondo is a very small part of metro manila and that is now also a beautiful place.
Bgc is only one of the cbd of metro manila, manila has 16 or 18 cbds in total and tondo is a residential part of old manila. How can you say thats the real street of manila?
You may not know this, but the Philippines is considered a poor nation. Tondo would be more your model example of the real street of manila. BGC looks too westernized.
