Talking on public trains is still not allowed, it was implemented during the peak of covid 19 to avoid transmission. Cable wires are a huge problem in the entire country now, as most of the local internet and cable tv providers use the existing post and line as well, the supposed to be exclusive just for the electricity line became free for all and they created a mess over 2 decades by not cleaning their wires, even non-functioning wires are there. Metro Manila Development Authority MMDA created a law recently to bury and make the wires underground like in BGC, in some key important roads, just waiting for the fund's allocation to be started this 2023.

Talking inside trains is prohibited because of Covid. Before covid, there is no such rule being implemented. Although the covid restrictions are heavily lifted nowadays, there are still establishments that can implement minimal "anti-covid" practices.
@@fritzasong Ohh yeah yeah, it's like an unwritten rule but not like a very strict one where everyone should abide to. Right now, I think there are guards or personnel inside trains who would tell people off who are talking.

A lot of cables mean a lot of houses have access to electricity, telephone and internet. I think there is a plan to put all those wires underground since everyone already noticed that they are indeed eyesores. A few of them looks okay but a bunch of them is already an eyesore.
Talking inside the train is still not allowed by the authorities due to covid 19 pandemic, as you know covid 19 viruses are still around everywhere,, and that's why you noticed that most passengers are still wearing their respective face masks to avoid spreading the virus.
