Sounds like BLM did indeed know of such people in their periphery and did not take the trouble to inform the govmt about them as a preventative measure.
I never took notice of the rights constant anti BLM protest rhetoric, assuming that the riots were started by unrelated chaos bugs, but information like this makes me wonder if they actually did know that such people existed in or around their ranks.
I support the concept, but at a certain point we have to have a clear view of these groups and whether they attract the same level of extremism as found on the right, and if so how to nix people like this guy before they go full anarchy on us.

I worked in a state prison and one reason they put you in isolation is for "protective custody". Beings he doesn't get along with the pro trumpers, that may be the reason. Even though he is incarcerated, it is still the facility's responsibility to protect him from harm.

It's the admin/owners of the prisons responsibility to follow govmt guidelines on the treatment of incarcerated prisoners on pain of losing their license to do so, if not suffer criminal sentencing of their own.
