What did you think about our order? Have you tried Don's Prime or thinking about it?
Wow 🤩 $541.00 it had better be good for that price . Dons Prime top notch steakhouse that desert was to die for.
Couple scotches and a Filet for a friend of ours off camera added to that total but was definitely a higher priced meal
Nicely done 🤩 The Dining service is indeed a wonderful experience and the entrees w/ dessert looks spectacular- thank you for sharing Josh and Rachael - cheers Chef Bari 😊
Our pleasure! Thanks Cheg
I always look forward to your steak house reviews. Another good job #wulffdendad
Thank you! We just love steakhouses. We know they are super expensive but it is something we just love in Las Vegas
Out for breakfast with family . Can’t wait to watch this this evening 😃
Sounds great!
And yet another wonderful video the food yum so glad you had someone to join you and that dessert I would have been happy with that love you guys have a great weekend ❤️😊
Thank you 😋
Have you guys tried Scarpeta yet? It is in the Cosmo and I think has the best Italian Food in Vegas IMHO. Don’s looks great.
We went a few years ago during COVID restrictions and really enjoyed it. Its definitely a spot we would like to return to some day
I walked by this restaurant last month and wondered what it was like - I LOVE booth seating. I loved how the cutting of the video in opening matches the music. Another great video and THANK YOU!!
Thank you so much!!!
Thanks for the video. Been to the Fontainbleau a couple of times and really liked it. Have not tried the steak house yet but after watching you will put it on our list.
Hope you enjoy
Great video!. Staying at Fontainebleau for 4 days starting next Sunday, so your video came at just the right time! Thanks.
Glad we could help!
Overall it looks great! I've never seen pomme pave used like that before, always stand alone
It was great, and maybe it is better served separately since it really overpowered the rest in our minds
The cuts of meat look delicious, and everting looks to be plated nicely.who was thee potato and cheese. The S’more look amazing.
So good
Wow, that looks amazing!!
It was!
Hi!!! I m from Brasil and i'm going to Las Vegas in December, for the 11th time, and this is one of the new restaurant in Las Vegas that i'm planing to visit and eat a lot !!! It s in my list. You and your wife are so nice, and i love to see your restaurants videos.
awesome thanks so much!
Hey guys! Well I know the answer to the question Where’s the beef? It’s on Josh and Rachael’s table lol . That was a lot of steak . Looked delish . The restaurant is very swanky . I stopped into the Fountainbleau when I was in Vegas in April. Had a great Manhattan cocktail at the center bar in the casino . I’ll be adding this steakhouse to my growing list . 😎😎😎
Sounds great thanks Anthony!
Love your restaurant reviews and your cruise port reviews. Even changed one of my shore excursions last spring because of one you had done! Have you ever been to Michaels Gourmet Room in the Southpoint Casino? It was fabulous when it was back in the old Barbary Coast casino and still great after it moved. Just wondered if it was still as good since I haven't been there in years.
Great to hear! We have talked about going to Michaels but then something flashier always captures our eye and pulls us away from it. We have heard mixed reviews about it, most of the ones that didn't like it wanted it to be updated. If you liked it before it sounds like it is very similar, very classic in style and menu
Looked pretty tasty I dare say ! I think I could have passed on the dessert . But that’s just me . Thanks again guy GREAT job !
Our pleasure!
I always get hungry for a good steakhouse dinner after watching your videos, and HEY! No poached egg yolks running over your food! YAY! Just kidding. That shrimp cocktail looked wonderful. And so did the potatoes gratin, I liked that the bar looks like it is scalloped shape, that is really cool. Will have to try this out next time I'm in Vegas!
haha we must be doing it right then, also I am currently editing two more brunch videos and there almost zero running egg yolk in them.
Sitting here waiting for my husband to get home so we can go out to dinner and I see this. I am totally starving now!
Haha I believe it, hope you are having a good dinner
Everything looked wonderful
It was! Thanks for watching!
We absolutely loved Don’s Prime, we also highlighted our experience in a recent video and can’t wait to go back
Awesome!
Damn that's expensive.
For real
Never been, but I have heard mixed reviews. May have to try myself
It’s still fairly new so I’m sure there are some mixed reviews
Yeah took my wife parents there for their anniversary, and the experience was ruin by a party but the food was phenomenal, I can't wait to get it another try
We had the same thing happen to us when we went to Carbone, large loud party group next to us killed the experience. Should probably go back sometime
Delicious 🤤 can’t wait to go back to FB in a little over a month!
So good
Did my mgm tier match in june. Got $150 food credit...used it at Don's. Loved it. It was during restaurant week. Had a great deal. Truffle risotto (loads of shaved truffle!) The NY strip with a BIG lobster tail ($20 add on., waitress said it's usually like $45 add on), and dessert (lemon meringue cheesecake) for $120 (140 with tail). Got the wine pairing for $65...all 3 were great (would have been almost $90 separately) . Absolutely loved everything. Great classic steakhouse vibe. Service A+++. Going back in September.
That sounds like a great deal. We will be staying at FB our next stay, excited to give it a shot
@@JoshRachaelme too! Got a good comp offer after 1 visit and not much gambling. 4 comp nights, $400 freeplay and $100 food. So 4 at park, 4 there in September!
Very nice. We both tier matched and got them to do an offer match so 3 days in September and 4 in December booked
@@JoshRachaelsweet! Maybe I'll see you there. Lol. Have fun!
I enjoyed the musical interlude during the Porterhouse carving :D. I like a good high-end steakhouse, your order looked great, but the prices seemed kinda steep. How would you compare it to Bazaar Meats?
Glad you enjoyed it. We consider Bazaar Meat to be the best Steakhouse in Las Vegas but this was very good. I could see this being a top 5 if we tried it again and was consistent. It is very pricey but sadly not far off from a lot of the other best of the best spots
Could I get the kid's menu ground sirloin steak?
Haha you can try
1lb alaskan king crab for $185 is ridiculous
Agreed
Oh I wanted to ask, was the bread complimentary? I had to pay like $12 US for a little bread basket at one of the places there...I get it's the way of things now, but I know some places still do complimentary. lool
It was complimentary! And we were thrilled with that choice by Don’s Prime! 😊
@@JoshRachael Oh nice then!!
I don’t like s'mores because I don't like chocolate (I know, I'm weird) or graham cracker. But that dessert looked so good that I would polish the whole "for two" thing off all by myself!
haha that's awesome
Yeah I can’t afford that place lol
The steak prices are a bit much without resort credit
Jackson steakhouse will set you back only 20 bucks you don't need to refinance the House
Sure but we can also get a meal like that at home and we enjoy eating at places that we can get similar options at home when we go to Las Vegas
Do review mother wolf please
Hopefully be fore the end of the year we can get there! We have birthday credit to use at Wynn for our next trip but in December we hope to try it
$205 for a 32 oz Porterhouse...LMAO!
👀
Do you ever gamble anymore?
Yep - all of our rooms are still comp’d! We aren’t a slot channel 😊
Please, the next time you get an appetizer ask the server why you get three of an item instead of four. Maybe they want their customers fighting over the third piece.
Haha it is 100% to be jerks or force you into buying more but the cost looking semi-reasonable for a price
Which one is the best so far?
SW has our favorite steak
Bazaar Meat best overall food
Prime best setting
@@JoshRachael people say Ruth Chris is great steak everything else is ok
Ruth Chris is like a baseline restaurant I would say. Very good for most cities, but these ones are over the top for us
@@JoshRachaelPlease, if you don’t mind me asking, what is SW and where are these restaurants located? Thank you.
What happened to the bone😁❤
No Comment
Incredibly overpriced!
This is the new norm
Another over priced restaurant
If they are all overpriced it’s just the norm.
If you want a nice steak at an upscale steakhouse on the strip this is what you will pay.
wow The Porterhouse looks so goodddddddd
It was!
