Miscarriages are such a horrible thing to go through. I've suffered five of them, and afterwards I was told that I wouldn't be able to have children. Words can't describe how lucky Michelle is to not meet the same fate.

My question to Michelle Obama is, why didn’t you speak about infertility when you were in the White House? Why didn’t you do anything to help us suffering from infertility? Why didn’t you help bring change to health insurance coverage for infertility? Government programs to help us afford treatment. It is just SO PAINFUL that you did NOTHING TO HELP.
I could only afford two IVF treatments, do to the treatments I’m in debt 25K. Sadly I still can’t hold a baby in my arms my baby was stillborn and I can’t pursue more treatments.

Men can’t get pregnant or have miscarriages. IVF can implant a fertilized egg in a surrogate woman. The DNA of the egg may or may not be that of the parents. So the children may not be biological children, but are children nonetheless that need love and nurture.
