So KVA and KW is same because demand factor and efficiency is same 😎.... Here you should also take into consideration the inductive and capacitive load..
There is diversity of demand also. The diversity factor have to be also taken into consideration. Otherwise the size of the generator may very large and be uneconomical.
it is not the correct study, what about the A/C's and other loads that have a high starting current, all the loads are steady-state loads! what about the 80% efficiency of the Gen-Set it's mean you select the higher rating, not a lower one. better to choose the software and add the loads as a step to avoid a higher selection of units. the application of unit also is very important (Means standby, prime, or continue dayacenter application)
I saw your videos for selection of diesel generator and transformer. I think there is a small mistake. For transformer 90% efficiency , 366*90%= 407 (i check its 329.67) At the same for generator 80% efficiency, 366*80%=293.04 Pls clear my doubt. I am your subscriber and trying to watching all your videos

80% efficiency means u need a higher kva generator to compensate not lower 🤦🏻♂️
He was supposed to divide by .8. I think he corrected this in sizing transformers

Why u have taken 80% working power. 457 KVA is true value of DEG by considering 80% working load on safer side.
I think it's better speak about the starting ampere of elevator. it's more than name plate. we should calculate this .isn't true?
