I have design 2N redundancy on our battery system. we use also 2 battery charger. I'm amazed on the concept of the wiring diagram you presented can you please create a video elaborating more the wiring connection of the system. Big Thanks to you sir learning a lot on your videos.
I am never able to undestand the battery rate of discharge. Some batteries are rated for C5 some for C10 some for C20. What difference does that makes? Load is constant so what difference wether i use a C5 battery or a C20 battery?
C rated will tell you how long the battery can provide the stated capacity for X times until fully discharged. For Example, if you have a 100Ah battery, if it says C10. The battery can offer 10amps for 10 hours until it's fully discharged. If C20, 5amps for 20 hours. If C5, 20amps for 5 hours... Hope this helps.. :)
Thanks for providing the most comprehensive UPS guide on RUclips. The detailed yet simple explanation was incredibly helpful.
Thanks 🙏🏽 please subscribe and keep watching
Great explanation very helpful
@@amralhourani808 Thanks, please subscribe and keep watching 😊
Great Explanation. Could you add a video for Substation Battery Size Calculations considering SF6 breakers Trip and Close Coils? Thanks.

Sir please elaborate current calculation 25 amp comes if we divide 5500/220 but our batter voltage sum is 408
@@8903hadeed yes u are right, divide with 220volt if your single phase voltage is 220
Nice video sir
Thanks keep watching 🙏🏽
can you explain how you calculate number of battery we need in this example
My next upcoming video will be on battery size and numbers.. plz keep watching

I will take care of background music from next videos, sorry for inconvenience.
Can anyone tell me safety margin things.
How you taken that 1.5 please explain
Where i have taken 1.5 ?
@@Rashid-iqubal1.25%
Full load × 1.25=
1.25??
Total load=5500 watt so current =5500/(415x1.732x0.8)=5500/575=9.5 amps, sir how you take its 25 amp 😢
its just an example, I suppose to consider single phase..
Bro pls Where we got 0.5 hours
This is backup time 30min converted into hour. That is 30/60 =0.5
@Rashid-iqubal Thanks for you support bro...
25 a load current how u got?
it was mentioned otherwise you can calculate. 10KVA / 408 = 24.5Amp
@@Rashid-iqubal This would be the maximum load current for the unit?
@@ChrisBerCaNuc yes, based on your phase voltage you can calculate current
Very good information
Sir ur no.
