I have thick dense 4c hair but fine strands. I Work out almost everyday I had to stop sewin because of heat damage from having to flat iron hair so often. Would these be a better option if not. Whay type of hair weave method do you usually offer your kinky hair girls who work out?

well this method leaves ALL of your hair exposed so if you are wearing st8 texture then you are still going to use heat- on the other hand if you want to wear a kinky texture like above then you don't have to use heat unless you want to the key to this style is having a weave texture that matches your own.
