Just ordered some Burton J bars for my photon step on boots. Really really hoping it solves my heal lift.
I had less heal lift with my speed zone ruler boots :(
Even from boot to boot within a company you can get different fits. Hope it helps 🤞
Great video guys very informative just bought a pair of 2020 SLX from my local shop can't wait to take them out.. would have loved to have gotten that backpack with them. ...LOL...
Right?! What do you think of the SLX so far?
Cool
Cool
Could you please tell me how to get the liners out? :D I've got women's Burton Limelight Boa boots and I can't for the life of me figure out how to take these things out. Would like to get them dry faster..
Release the BOA and pull the ropes all the way. When they are all the way loose push the BOA back in to lock the laces in the loose position. Then loosen up the internal lacing and then grab the liner down by the heel and pull it out
@@thehouse Whoa, done! Thank you!
Did burton stop selling replacement liners? I have 2018 swath and my liner is worn through on my inner ankles. I can't find anything other than imprint 3 from online stores that I've never heard of.
I'm interested in a lifeliner, perhaps.
Burton used to sell the Life liner separately but I’m 99% sure they don’t anymore. Might just have to scour the internet.
@@thehouse man, i have no problem buying imprint 3 again, but it seems burton wants you to buy boots instead. I found imprint 3s right now, But in the future I think it's gonna be impossible. Now I'm looking at the nidecker rift...
Mine keep blowing out at the heel
If it is on the inside of the boot it could be that you are getting heel lift and they are rubbing inside the boot to much.
The liners are great but the footbeds are still rubbish. I have the imprint 3 liner and the footbed is little better than a very basic footbed. I love the boot but had to put in a decent aftermarket footbed.
Hot take compared to everyone else's opinion on Burton boots.
@@thehouse The boots and liner are fantastic (I have Burton Felix boots) but the footbeds have little to no arch support and are super flimsy. I suppose if you compare them to some other boots footbeds Burton's are much better (my last pair of 32 team 2 had a much more supportive footbed). Also it is completely true that the boots are completely comfortable right out the box (yes they are the right size)
It is always best to get aftermarket footbeds, which are 1000% better than any original footbeds.
@karazn What foot beds did you switch to and where did you find them? I’m feeling the same way in my new step on Photons with the imprint 3 liner
@@rsmith2658 get those Medic insoles. Mine just came in today and makes a huge difference!
