Seeing as all my cars have been pump gas/diesel because e85 is practically non existent in my area, I don't have much experience. Why does the car not wanna start on e85 with all the fuel system mods done?
When your engine turns over on the initial start up it runs on vapor from the fuel not the liquid fuel itself. E85 burns at a lower temperature than normal gasoline and therefore creates less vapor at cooler temperatures.
@@dunkoon1 what he said it's been down in the 30s in baton rouge and it's always colder up in ruston so yah e85 turns semi solid jelly when its cold basically it womt vaporize properly hes leaning out until the pumps movement heats up the fuel a bit
@@GhostlyGhille That's what tuning is for. You can throw more fuel at it on cold starts. It's common to have a cold weather and a warm weather startup tune.
When the guy talks about not liking a positive displacement blower on a 6.2L car because of traction issues, he speaks the truth. Boosted 5.0’s get better traction due to how progressive the torque comes in. In the LS3/LT1 the torque with a PD blower comes in much harder and blows the tires off. You want a Paxton/procharger with a big displacement engine to improve your traction.
If you are still interested in a turbo setup, there is a bolt on twin turbo kit for about $2000 on eBay. It's made by Race MMI. You even get to keep the A/C.
Stick with the procharger for the truck, get another project at a later date to turbo charge. You have gone through so much hell with that procharger, you can't put it to the side now.
Stock coyote if it's not a gen1 can take some power don't remember if you have a gen2 or gen3 think it was a gen2. With oil pump gears upgraded and arp bolts it will handle 1000+rwhp no problem. If you don't run a ton of boost unless you gap the piston rings more. They did a great job with the gen2 and specially the gen3. Good luck with it.
I grab the shifter with my elbow towards the passenger seat when I speed or power shift 4th gear it helps prevent this from happening its basically impossible to jam it towards 2nd holding it that way

Cameron Murphy It’s not that hard to do, but usually after a few pulls at 1000+ hp on a stock block, the block starts developing a condition known as “Rod/piston/crankshaft meet outside of the block”

@itsjusta6 instead of pushing the limits of the stock motor and eventually blowing it up, you can just swap it into the eco boost Mustang and install the built motor here. That way then you have 2 crazy Mustangs on the channel..
