I have akathisia, which means constant anxiety 😭
so any fast talking or sped-up portions trigger it. I am looking for channels that trigger it the least. Hung Vanngo is the best example because he is very gentle with how he applies the products, he doesn't speed up any parts of the video, he has relaxing music, soft voice, longer videos. He sometimes even manages to lower my heart rate. Do you have any recommendations?

I really wanted to paint my hair like the one you had before, what did you do to have that barely red but still noticeable, did you not bleach before you painted it?
As someone who has had every shade of red, I'd say if you like Sophie's most recent colour, you could use a semi-permanent/temporary colour over dark hair - no need to lighten/bleach 🙂❤

@@burlesquefairy6291 Using a permanent colour will probably 'show up' even more than the other options, as it will have a small amount of peroxide in the dye, so that's a great idea 👩🦰🧜♀️
