    Brother, I'm going strong 10 years after my shoulder injury. I am very careful about my over head pressing. But no pain and gains have kept coming. So it can work with intelligent programming and patience. God speed brother 🙏

    Even though some lifts are still behind where they've been in the past, it's still really great to hear (and see) that some like the deadlift are rocking way up and looking solid!

    I'm excited to give this program a try! A couple days a week I've only got about 45 mins to workout because of my kids after school activities. I have a comp in April and am planning on ordering it after that.

    I'm a smaller fella than you and I was always happy at 405 dealifts at 175 body weight. After my shoulder replacement the doctor told I couldn't do what I used to. Well..... I'm easily working for reps in the 300s, gosh I want to try 400 plus but there's that mental fear the doc gave me.

    Great PRs Brian! when doing the zercher squat, I have trouble taking a breath at the top of each rep (when doing multiple reps) feels like the bar is pushing against my diaphram, do you have the same problem?

    With Zercher squats do you deadlift it every rep when you do squats for multiple reps or do you deadlift once and squat all of your reps?
