    AWESOME Home gym Brian! If anyone reading is buying gear I used the NEVERSATE code and loving the Cerberus stuff. Top notch. Picked up 2 DL belts, a sandbag, their wrist straps and the strongman shorts. Really amazing quality.

    Sweet setup! Wish I had that kind of space. My garage is multipurpose (office, gym, dog kennel, storage, and man cave). But... I do have plenty of outdoor concrete space.

    Team Rusted Barbells! Your training style was a big influence on gym, have floor full of sandbags, yokes, rope, rings and chalk. Body responded better in 6 months than it did with years of typical lifts.

    Great video, love hearing people talk weights , one of the things don't get to do since l train home alone. You are well stocked with everything at arms reach. Constantly walking on sloping yard may become an issue, might have to put your landscaping skills to work and create some level areas for ankle and knee survival. I used to build natural rock retaining walls for years and always appreciated how inexpensive they are when you have access to materials. Had some tear ankle issues myself that came out of nowhere and lasted about 3 weeks, scale of pain pretty high, still have no idea what caused it. Good luck.

    Looks like a downsized version of the old gym, it seems most of the stuff is there. However, anyone with at least one eye has noticed that the atlas stones are missing. I assume since you aren't competing at the moment that the sandbags have replaced the stones due to them being more convenient and that the guys at neversate need them more than you. Would you elaborate on the reason why you left the stones at the old gym and maybe do a video on sandbags vs stones. You did mention this prior on several videos, but I don't recall seeing a dedicated video on this topic. Given your current circumstances which implement do you find is more beneficial and a general pros and cons of both. Great video as always, keep it up Brian!

My suggestions would be 1. clean your barbells, man. There's no excuse for the horrible shape they are in. 2. Get some Ghost Strong roller j-cups. They'll change your life. 3. I would like a video on your current programming.

    • @BrianAlsruheOfficial
      @BrianAlsruheOfficial  2 года назад +1

      You are wrong sadly brother. Speciality bars can be a great way to bring up weak points or work around a person’s limitations or injuries. So MOST people who are using a speciality bar have any real need for it to make massive progress? Absolutely not. But people would rather invest in a magic bar that will be the answer than spend the time learning better technique
