i seriously love this anime its one of the first i watched in subbed i own some dvd and all the manga, however i cant help but think that the animation and kiddish theme they place around this anime compared to the manga takes away from the intense story that it really holds and steals so much of its potential. . .yet i still love it always will this is such a great amv too *teary eyed* dangit~

Dx it was...SO SAD!!! the one part that BROKE MY HEART and MADE ME SOB was when Mitsuki found Eichi's grave, and she had that moment where she was chasing after him, but as soon as she caught him, he disappeared!!!! MY POOR BABY!!!!!!!!! Dx *cries some more*
@benrow98 He can hold her and lift her up even is nobody sees him. In the first episode there is a part where shinigamis are pulling her, and they show it how a normally human would see her. I think he can do the resusseteation, just people wouldn't see him while. They just see a girl sitting in a weird pose :D Nice video and nice song ^^
I agree. I enjoyed the anime but i couldn't finish because things weren't the same and couldn't interest me as much. But I really enjoyed Mitsuki's voice. Perfect!
@msanimeluver0926 they're not really movies but it's like a three-shot anime. So the anime only consists of 3 episodes (: but if i remember correctly, the episodes are really long, but it is SO worth it!

@XxKilluaKunxX he should be recalling about the memory among him and mereko and mitsuki, or they wouldn't have to set that scene. To make they reunion was the purpose of that scene. How would I know? Cause I'm studying some books of screenplay writing currently, so I know the final episode was meant to have a clear ending about where their relationship might go , and judged from the expression of mitsuki at the last moment, it was a happy end.
I like both the manga and the anime but they become so different at the end so I think of them as completely different stories.... I also cried at the and of both.
You should watch the comics version it has the different story and more information. Anime has changed lots of things .You will know more about meroko and lots of stuff e.g. why did she committed suicide.

So after that I never heard from it again until today. Now here's the catch, I've not yet finish it. So imagine my surprise when my playlist played it and upon touching my phone I skipped a major part and saw: *Major spoiler* "TAKUTO!" Mitsuki shouted. A man with a guitar case strapped in his shoulder turned to a young girl screaming his name. __________________ FOOCKIN TSKUTO BECAME HUMAN! WHAT ELSE?! FRIKIN EICHI'S DEAD?! (dont answer dat I already know iz Tru) If you've read all that then I applaud you for reading a fellow strangers rant.
