    How long you take these before it takes effect? I’ve been consuming these but I still have inflammation. I even use organics.

      @@IfeomaOforma inflammation is a normal part of your body’s response to injuries and invaders (like germs). It promotes healing and helps you feel better. But inflammation that happens when there’s no injury or invaders can harm healthy parts of your body and a range of chronic diseases.

      @@IfeomaOforma there are many markers of inflammation, one is pain or unexplainable pain in any parts of your body or organs, other is swelling, redness or recurrent cold symptoms, diarrhea etc. It can also be tested through blood tests or other diagnostic tests. Or consult their doctor, they’ll be able to explain better or identify the issue. Hope it help a little with my little knowledge.

    I eat the ingredients separately. I can't drink thick things.😋🫠
