DIY Motorcycle Luggage Rack

I only wish that I was young enough and clever enough to be able to CNC this rather than approaching it like I did - the old fashioned way!
Still, I've got to admit that effort number 2 turned out pretty good considering. And I dare say that versions 3, 4, 5 etc would be better again as I learned about what works and what I do or do not need to include in the design.
There's no doubt in my mind that I'll be tackling this one again as I buy new/bigger luggage and move from bike to bike.
Even if you don't ride. Go make something. It's good for your mental health!

Nice little video rob. I’ll be honest, initial thoughts were the wing nut and flat head screw need to go for stainless button hex head screws and nylock nuts but you’ve left it like that for quick and easy removal!
Looks good and in keeping with the bike! 👍👌😎

Yeah, it just makes it easier to get it off the bike if I'm not using it or giving the bike a good clean.
