Thanks man. I was trying to verify where those two positive wires went and i couldnt figure that out and i thought thats where it went on the starter but i wasnt too sure. Very detailed video and it helped me understand on how this harness lays out more and where everything needs to go.
O was good until last part. The constant you were talking about on relay.does it had to be hooked up. I'm having trouble an I didn't do anything with those prongs
Morning. Yes that battery constant has to be hooked up. PSI provides 2 loose terminals with this kit that you need to provide your wire and crimp thus terminal and install that terminal in the relay connector. I can send u a video on how to do that if it will help.
You all probably dont give a shit but does someone know a method to log back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Dominic Azariah I really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
PSI provides full detailed instruction for all the wire outputs. If you are referring to the car side wires for you tach and speedo etc. those will be the ones coming from your gauges wheather you are using factory gauges or after market (I.E Dakota Digital.) If you need any help just reach out to me and I can help.
How do I go about wiring the transmission on the ls3 with manual tr6060 swap? I have everything to complete the build but harness and drive shaft. I’ve been saving for Orta and finally have it all ready except the wiring for tr6060 wiring.
Dane. For check engine light. The brown wire from the PSI harness goes to a low amp 12 volt light or to a input on a gauge module. The brown wire is a ground (negative) trigger. So if you had a small light on ur dash for a check engine. Brown wire from PSI would go to black wire of your bulb and the red wire from your bulb would go to a fused ignition wire source. Hope this helps.
No, PSI is not sending covers for fuse box right now. I have mounted all mine inside the car and have had no issues, the instructions have full lay out of fuses and I always provide that for my customers.
If you PSI harness is set up for the 4L80E and has VSS(speedo) plug then a BIM module will pull speedo off factory ECM and send out to Dakota Digital gauges.
Reginald. I just need a little more info. You are talking about 2 different wires and sources. I need. Year and make of car. You old ignition wire in engine bay from your car, I need to know if it is 12 volts or resistor wire for old point ignitions. Also most old schools didn’t have 12 volt ignition source while cranking. So please let me know your year and make. PSI harness’s don’t look for or run a starter wire. They have wires that run to the starter to catch battery 12 volts. They do not have in there harness a wire that will trigger the starter from the key. You will use your factory wire from you bulkhead for this.
@@MultiBigblockchevy the ignition wire that comes from the key switch that goes to the starter now I have to get 12v to the fuse block on the fire wall. There is a wire on the psi harness that says starter do I put it on that wire n then run a positive wire from battery to the pos terminal on the starter one to pcm? It's a 87 short wide chevy
@@reginaldpugh4691 The 2 red wires with stud rings from the PSI harness that say “Starter”. Those both go to the large Battery source of the starter. The same lug your positive battery lug is on.
i bought this wiring harness and the plug for the gas pedal was wrong after we gave them all the perfect info. so i had to spend another $ 160.00 for an adapter to make it work with my pedal.
Super simple and to the point. Thank you! You are the man!!! 🙌🏻
Thanks for explaining the last five wires I was not understanding what they went to.

Yes, they offer a show style wire loom.
Great info just made my life a little easy
Man thank you so much. I really appreciate this video.
Hell yea good ass job bro keep up the good work
How are you coming to clean up the harness around the coil packs and just engine bay in general? Curious to know how y’all do it? Great video, Thanks!

Can you do a video on hooking it up to you ignition
Will do. Give me a couple days.
Yes I want to see that also
This was great to see thank you, they've been great to deal with and looks way less intimidating than I thought
Stupid question but didn’t see any transmission connections
You all probably dont give a shit but does someone know a method to log back into an Instagram account..?

@Dominic Azariah it worked and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thank you so much, you really help me out !
@Vivaan Howard Glad I could help :D
Thank you!
Does the purple 🟣 wire brake signal need to be connected to start?
No. Purple wire from psi harness will not stop that car/truck from starting.
Does the harness come with instructions on how to Find the wires to connect the speedo and tach etc those 5 wires that need to be connected?
PSI provides full detailed instruction for all the wire outputs. Did I miss the transmission part
How do I go about wiring the transmission on the ls3 with manual tr6060 swap? I have everything to complete the build but harness and drive shaft. I’ve been saving for Orta and finally have it all ready except the wiring for tr6060 wiring.
If you order a PCI harness they will ask you what transmission you are running and they have a plug and play harness for your LS3-TR6060 as well.
I was wondering how did you do your interior wire harness on a PSI standalone harness did you use anything off the stock wire harness for your car
Yes, I used the stock impala fuse box and car wiring harness. I will try and do another video on my next swap on how to hook up one inside the car.
Will this work on a Chevy obs (c1500)
Do I just put in a regular to our LED light 12 from the brown wire and then the other side to ground for the check engine light

Rafael, the Gen III uses a tac module and subharness. The harness doesn’t plug directly into the pedal.
Can you upgrade a better wire loom instead of that cheap plastic loom.
Makes the quality of the harness look cheap
You have email I can contact you for some questions about a harness
No connection for the transmission?
On this build I had a miss match tans and did a stand alone harness and TCM. PSI has can help you with matching your combos so it is all in one.
Very helpful
Glad it helped
