The 2025 Nissan Armada Gets A Thorough Makeover To Better Patrol The Street & Trails

  • The #NissanArmada is finally all-new for 2025 and this time, #Nissan decided to give this truck-based SUV a first-ever #AramadaPro4X in the USA. Built on the redesigned #NissanPatrol platform, the #Armada is now in its 3rd generation and it dumps the reliable but thirsty 5.6L V8 for a new 3.5L Twin-Turbo V6. Under the skin, the frame is new, the styling is new, and the interior gets a full redesign with the same dual 14.3" displays on the higher trims as standard. It goes on sale toward the end of this year.

Nice way to incorporate the name Patrol in the title so others searching for the Nissan Patrol can find this. Nicely played 👏 😊

Nissan is going to be trouble for the competition this year! Depending on the price of this vehicle, the brand should attract a lot of new customers in my opinion. This vehicle looks pretty nice.

beautiful SUV. Only thing I think is a little off is the transmission buttons. Look like cheap plastic. Metal would look at feel much better, But just nit picking. Nissan has really done an amazing job,

I have 210k on my 04 armada. I think it’s time to upgrade.. The 04 is still going strong. Bulletproof v8. I’m weary of a turbo V6 though. Turbos die eventually.

Appears to offer what people want when buying a large SUV... passenger room plus luggage space. Both of which Toyota seemed to forget when designing the 3rd generation Sequoia. Adding that battery under the rear floor area will be what holds the Sequoia sales back. Nice move on Nissan's part by watching Toyota drop the ball on the Sequoia and capitalizing on it.

Right, I personally emailed the head of Nissan a few years ago and suggested that if they really wanted to compete here in the states that they should consider adding a 1.5' in the rear to compete with the larger SUVs here.. no matter how much GM sells their Yukon, Escalade, Suburbans and Tahoe's for (which are astronomically expensive) Nissan will not be in the same competition due to the lack of space. As a current 2nd Gen QX80 owner I was waiting until the refresh came around and for that price on the QX80 I just can't justify getting another one especially with teenagers. The Armada refresh is a step in the right direction for Nissan but mostly for families with smaller children...
