2008 (2007-2014) GMC Yukon Denali XL No air Blower Resistor/Blower Control Module replacement

Hey guys! Today we are replacing the Blower Resistor/Blower Control Module on a 2008 GMC Yukon Denali XL.
This should work for year 2007 through 2014 and multiple vehicles.
Total cost was under $30 and took about 15 minutes.

All i had to do was, with the car on amd running, push auto on and turn the car off. I waited 2mins and turned the car back on and boom it works. 2008 Gmc Yukon Denali XL.

Same issue 2011 Tahoe. Zero air coming out of front vents. Rear vents worked fine. Replaced part in 13min. Thank you.

another way u can check if its the blower motor resistor is u can have the ac or heater running and if its not blowing nothing, try hitting the bottom of the glovebox where the blower motor resistor is located and if it cuts on it means its going out, i had the same issue id just lightly tap underneath and it'll cut back on & just repeated it till i had the time to replace it.

All i did was turn on auto then turn car off for 2mins. Turned back on and it blows again. Just noticed it not blowing 20mins ago. Then did this. 2008 Gmc Yukon Denali XL.

My trucks blower does turn On but the air only comes out thru the rear seats.. After I turn it off and on a couple of times then it blows air thru the front seat vents.. Is this what was happening to your truck as well???i have suburban 2014

Need help having the same issue with a 2007 Yukon Denali. I replaced the resistor just like you did in the video but still can’t get any air in the front vents and the blower near the resistor work just fine. Any idea or advice.

QUESTION!!!!!
I have a 2007 GMC Yukon. The AC is not working. I have replaced the Compressor and Air Filter. Vacuumed out the old freon and put 3 bottles in to see if it would work. Checked all the fuses as well. It only blows heat from the dash. Not from any other direction. I'm thinking it's a leak. Any advise??

I would go to a professional AC recharge shop. In my experience, I found that using a store bought can in my garage doesn't always work if. I think it just needs to be recharged properly, or there is a leak somewhere.

Have you checked the electrical connections? Fuses and everything else can be good, but if no electrical connection then nothing will work.

I would start checking fuses and relays. Do you have no air from front or the whole vehicle?
