Awe, they're so beautiful!! I have to say silkies are the most lovable breed of chicken i own. My black bearded bantam hen jumps up on the doors everyday when she see's me coming, she wants her petting's and treats! I got some golden buff bantam silkies back in March and ended up with 3 pullets and 1 rooster and he is the sweetest rooster iv'e ever seen! I wish i could post pics. I love your videos, the silkies are just so beautiful and sweet, thank you for sharing them with us. I recommend this breed to everybody that wants a lovable pet chicken

I do it for the same reason you stated 😂 Sometimes the crests and beards just make it impossible for them to see. A lot of those who show their birds put their crests in pony tails, but I have never been able to make them stay.
