    I remember my grandkids wanting me to make biscuits for them one morning and then they noticed there were no cans of biscuits in the refrigerator. I told them “no problem, we will just make our own” - they looked at me like I had 2 heads. Great video.

      I do...we have 6..i used to have 3 griddles to thats alot but....i have no clue how long it takes because i film so much...i keep on longer than most for the same cook..also since I have had so many griddles at once the propane gets used uneven because of what griddle i am using that day

    The recipe on the biscuits is great. The perfect tutorial: of ingredients, process and cast iron use gives the total picture with delish results. The camera work, once again, is like we are standing there watching only better, great work Amy. Sausage is a food group, it's always on the must have list with bacon of course.     Great video on biscuits. I don't believe enough folks give biscuits the respect they should get. Now funny you mentioned about flour getting on your clothes. Harland Sanders aka "The Colonel" switched from black clothing to white and actually bleached his beard white so the flour wouldn't show up on him. He traveled for many years to the different franchise locations to show and instruct folks how to make his chicken. Wearing white clothes just made sense. How bout that for some food trivia.     Buttermilk biscuits and smoked pork loin instead of English muffins and Canadian bacon for Eggs Benedict with a sprinkle of smoked paprika. Hold the mustard. Use Blackberry jam and Irish butter instead. Side of crispy hash browns.
    Wash it down with a Harvey Wallbanger. It’s old. Look it up. My mother’s request for Sunday morning when she came to visit. Rest her soul…

    Loving it ! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and a killer sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit is my favorite breakfast sandwich. I dress mine with some good mayo, and a healthy slice of homegrown tomato straight outta the garden (when in season). Hard to beat !

      Pellet smoker plus less than 1.5 hours...hard to get one brother..but I did a members only video about it because it was asked and we talked about that same thing...the lack of..do you have any tips...

      @@TheFlatTopKing add a little ground celery seed to your rub to create the smoke ring. For that reason, KCBS judges are taught to disregard the ring as an indication of superior smoking technique.
