    Wonderful performance, awesome song.
    But in terms of racism I was uncomfortable with the white woman in the centre, the dominance of her voice, and the fact that she sang the solo part.

      i kind of agree but to the same token none of those things are because she's white. theyre vocally arranged from soprano to middle to alto (left to right, to keep tone quality even) and the "solo" parts just happen to be the middle voice part. i sang this song in my choir so that's why i know these things :)

      If you're uncomfortable now just wait until you find out that the song was WRITTEN by a white woman.

      It has nothing to do with race if that makes you feel any less uncomfortable. It’s arranged by vocal part, I feel she has a naturally loud voice so sometimes she overpowers the other singers.
