Hi guys. I told you I would let you know how the orzo turned out…it was amazing!!!! We have leftovers for tonight! Yeah!🥳 seriously it was fantastic. My husband was actually able to get the exact brand of orzo that you guys got so it was a spot on as it could be. Thanks for sharing the recipe.! I’ve got several more of your recipes lined up that I wanna make. Have a great day guys. Thanks again.

Hi Chef and Papi P. I made this dish today. I used one can of Cento tomatoes, one cup of ORZO and I cut the other ingredients by one-forth of your recipe. I followed the video step by step and the ORZO came out delicious! Afterwards I ate a piece (or two) of the Key Lime Pie you showed us how to make (I made the pie yesterday). Thanks for inviting me into your kitchen. God bless.

You know Italian food is so good when a "quick recipe" takes over three hours to prepare. I enjoy making these recipes on the weekend when I have nothing else going on and can take as long as I need. Only problem is I wind up about half crocked from the Chianti by the time it's done.

1 tip if you do not know - reason we used crushed tomato - puree and sauce and not straight up whole plumb tomato is because unless your doing a chunky sauce by not blending the tomatoes putting tomatoes into a blender turns them orange color and less full red why because the mixer oxyenates the tomatoes - We Love RED SAUCE/GRAVY Also RAGU!

Way too much garlic, it overpowers the sauce, all you taste is the garlic. In Italy, they do not use that much garlic.

    • @BrooklynBrothersCooking
