I would love to hear more essential oil blends! Pick-me-ups blends, immunity blends, fresh and clean blends (for cleaning day), etc. Any blend ideas are good! Thanks for sharing, love it!

I had a teacher who always diffused lemongrass oil in his office and I found it calming and it almost always put me to sleep, so I bought a diffuser and I got some lemongrass oil and my sleep has improved so much. My moods are better and I have more energy when I wake up. I also struggle with chronic nausea so I sometimes put peppermint or eucalyptus into the diffuser along with the lemongrass and it cures my nausea and it’s calming.

Hi, great video! I just wanted to share a friendly warning to CAT owners on oil vids. I'm an oil user with cats and I learned that unlike humans and dogs, cats do not have the enzymes to break down some components in essential oils. Therefore, they build up as toxins in their system potentially causing harm, especially if you diffuse a lot or often- some oils being worse than others. Don't take my word for it, just google "oil diffusers and cats" or talk to your vet. I use a personal oil mist, but the roller ball idea is fantastic for cat owners! We love our pets like family so I thought I'd share this lesser known info. Happy safe oil using! xo

I had lavender and eucalyptus laying around and I got a diffuser as a gift and I thought why not try both in there for sleep? Well now I can’t sleep without! If I feel stuffy in the middle of the night I will turn it back on and in 15 minutes I can breathe again. After that I have become very new to EO and I’m excited to try all I’ve learned.

I just started using the diffuser and I just got lavender last night, because the starter kit oil blends that I have got didn't really give me a good obvious smell. My diffuser too is limited to 5 drops of oil with the water, so I think I might find better diffuser to be able to blend things up. I will get the cedarwood today, I loved the smell but didn't know if it goes very well with the lavender or not. So thank you for sharing those information Alyssa. ❤❤❤

Since essential oils are very high in terpenes, I would encourage addressing ozone oxidation of terpenes into formaldehyde and acetaldehyde when diffusing essential oils. These are very toxic by-products and important for discussion. But I'm finding nobody wants to talk about it. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you.

Amazon has a nice set of Now Brand oils, they're 1 oz oils, and it's $30-35 for 8 oils, no blends. Also, the guru Nanda oils are nice as well.
YL or doTERRA are very pricey. I'm sure they're a good quality, but any company that is MLM always has to overprice their products.

I would love if you did more essential oil videos. I just got into them about 6 months ago (largely because of a video of yours) and I have been gradually buying more oils, reading how to make your own blends with them, and buying diffusers for every room. I made a linen spray with lavender and my own facial oil. For diffusing I like ylang ylang or clary sage mixed with geranium and lavender. I still want sandalwood but it's so expensive I haven't bought it yet.

In my case Lavender and Vetiver as well first had a paradox effect: Huge anxiety appeared. Luckily I am meditating already since years, so I could simply let it relief out of my system. After some days I felt really good. Better than ever before. And please, if anybody es experiencing this paradox effect - trust the oil. It's not only modulating your emotions, but it helps you to release stuck emotion. And in this the oils are better than anything else I tried before.
