@@TaraWagner I'm healing from the last part of some mad scientist laboratory fire ant bites. They seem to be reacting like boils or blisters. They bit 2x years ago and the original blisters are gone from my fingers and torso, but it's still a bit especially on my right cheek. Everything seems to be improving though even some previous rosacea. If you like on Facebook I could try to share photos of progress. I'm a little touched up in this photo.
@@dear9530 youch! I'm not sure what to recommend there, except maybe a really good "functional medicine" doctor. They'll look at a more holistic view, including anything natural and conventional they could do. Good luck hun. I hope you find real answers and solutions soon!
Hi there: How many drops do you use on your forehead? Are doTERRA formula's pre-dilluted? Is it absolutely necessary to dilute the oils that are applied to the skin? What is the dilution ratio? Thank you. 😋
Just 1! Even less than if you're pre-mixing it with your moisturizer. Some are and some aren't. Look at the ingredients to see and some come in both diluted AND undiluted options. Don't use pre-diluted ones in your diffuser! The carrier oil can gunk it up. 97% of the time, yes you should dilute. It prevents issues later down the road. There are exceptions to every rule, but dilution has added benefits. If you search my "Tara Wagner dilution" I have a video on it. You can get my dilution guide with color coded dilution rates for different ages, uses, and skin needs here: xotara.us/ssa
Gurrrrrrl! You ROCK. this is the answer to my Badass Boss Babe self who need her some ZZZZZs! I’m going to make time to watch all your videos. THANK YOU! ❤️🙏👏✨
I use lavender on my throat when I start to feel worn down and my throat and ears ache. I use it neat from the back of my right ear and rub down the throat and up to left ear, then I place a heating pad on my throat area and fall asleep. Always seems to work for me. But I do have problems sleeping as do some of my friends. I am going to try your sandalwood protocol and see how that helps. Thanks so much for the information.
Thnx Tara for the helpful information. Im feeling the same about lavender. I have been avoiding it for some reason. It just seems like it’s too strong for me right now. My favorite is eucalyptus. I feel instantly calm when I smell or diffuse it. there are so many great essential oils. 😁😎😁 thnx again!
It IS hard, especially because the regulations are way too lax. I personally only use and trust doTERRA. (Yes I sell them too but I used them personally before I promoted them professionally because after 12 years of using oils and finding doTERRA, they are the only company I trust. Here's an article as to why: xotara.us/why-doterra)
I have a variety! Most are from doTERRA, since they have lasted the longest of all I've tried. But any quality, ultrasonic diffuser that has lights that shut off can be used.
Will try the Balance/Cedarwood blend. Have used sandalwood in the diffuser but haven't used it topically. Thanks, Tara! I have also stopped using lavender thanks to something Debbie H. said that it also would cause you to have stranger dreams since it helps to help show the truth (if I remember correctly from my emotions and oils books). BTW I am also trying to create a special blend for reinventing... : )
Reinventing U I’ve been finding almost any oil can give you strange dreams depending on your own emotional needs. 😆 A reinventing blend sounds amaaaaazing!
Madam, I am not able to sleep for many years, I do running, I play football, still I do not sleep, this is the reason, my mind is not calm.Too much thought, always something or the other going on in the mind, that's why I am having a lot of trouble in life.what can I do ma'am
I'm so sorry you're struggling with this. Definitely try the oils recommended here, but also talk to your doctor about using natural sleep aids, like magnesium glycinate as well as "sleep hygiene" strategies to make sure you're not mossing anything helpful there. (You can google that term to learn more!)
Interesting question. Relaxing oils like Lemongrass, Lavender or Peace may help convey the same emotion you are looking for. Have you tried those oils before?
You're not alone! I've heard that from others too. I know a few people who are stimulated instead of calmed when using it, so they can't get near it at night. 😆

Thank you, Tara....I have shared this video with a few of my Clients who are challenged with sleep.
I hope it helps them!

Let me know how you like it! I think the two together might be really wonderful too.
Great video. Brain stem application is great idea. Love your enthusiasm for essential oils.

How funny! I'm feeling the same way about eucalyptus! LOL We definitely need to trust our body and what it's wanting day by day.
She nailed it
My favorite oils to use for sleep are wood oils, vetiver or cedarwood. Thank you so much for your video ❤
Awesome, the tree oils are lovely!
I have a question to tell you how can I identify the right lavender oil, there are many oils available in the market.

It IS hard, especially because the regulations are way too lax. I personally only use and trust doTERRA. Which duffiser do you use?

Sometimes we have so many things to think of! Great tips :)
Thanks Jane!
I can’t wait to try some of these oils.
I have used a diffuser but never thought about topical use. X
Have fun with it! Any fav nighttime oils?
We got back from Disney not long ago so I have been loving the green clover and aloe.
But anything citrusy usually makes me feel nice and relaxed x
Great tips! Really detailed - you are definitely the source to go to for Essential Oils!
Balanced to the Core thanks lady!
Thank you so much for this. I'm desperate to help my husband!
Let me know how it helps!
great video, it's fabolous
Glad to hear it!
I love sandalwood too. Great tips.

I love Ylang Ylang for sleep and relaxation. :-)
Ooooh yes! That's such a good one!

try sleep hypnosis also
Could I add melatonin to my diffuser?

Neroli, awesome
Thank you xx
To be honest I can‘t stand Lavender. I love the smell and everything but for sleep it doesn‘t help me. I will try the Balance/Cedarwood combo 😃
You're not alone! I've heard that from others too. I know a few people who are stimulated instead of calmed when using it, so they can't get near it at night. 😆
love the hat and the apothocary kit - ya look like ya mean business :-)
Haha always!
I love doTerra!
