Just subscribed. Have been looking for exactly this particular information! Seems that lately many people have been in some type of spiritual/energetic 'conflict' and are looking for help, so I've been looking for which are the oils that will do the 'job'. Tara, what is your take on Frankincense and Myrrh? Excellent explanation!
Thank you for this super informative video. So far I used Palo Santo smudging to protect from all type of negative energies, but it's good to know I can wear these oils to, especially when heading outside:)
Holy Basil x Geranium x Juniper The original intent wasn’t to repel anything but to create a blend that makes one fully own one’s strenght, giving one a dynamic grounded energy and mood, while having a deeply sweet sensual lovingly gentle background with a hidden splash of purificating vibe. So not so much about protection but more to affirm authenticity, clarity, joy and creation. But this is doing the work in the idea of this sentence from Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev “No need to fight, overwhelm them with positivity.” (This wonderful trio is beautifuly strengthened and enhanced with the extra help of Ravintsara, Ylang-Ylang, Laurel, Spikenard for the connoisseur, Scots Pine and/or Black Spruce. Caution: This is a strong mix, only used it if you want to feel divine to the flesh. You know what? Make it to the bone.)
I love essential oils. I use them to clean with but I hadn't heard of these. I burn sandalwood incense to clear negative energy. I was told you should always do that when you bring a piece of antique furniture or jewellery etc into your house because you don't know it's past. I've also heard that sea salt is a barrier for negative energy. I know many therapists and healers keep bowls of it at the entryway of their houses and or offices.
I sprinkled sea salt in front of my door, my apartment, and in front of my daughter school. Her evil unstable dad said he was coming to get her, his car broke down right when he was coming and his ride didn't come. Said he was coming next day with a cop to make me give my child to Jim, didn't hear from him next day or yesterday. 🤷🏾♀️He's very negative...calls himself Lucifer and his girlfriend calls herself Lucifera.😲😲😲
Thank you for making this, Tara. I love how your videos run the gamut from the super practical (I saw that video a few weeks ago) to more esoteric / subjective. I've not paid too much attention to essential oils though I know they're out there. this gives me a practical orientation that takes me one step closer to exploring this arena. My creative work is all about dissipating the negative and celebrating / inviting in the positive so this is very much appreciated.
I tend to try and bolster my own happiness and energy so that I radiate positivity. Then the negative energy doesn’t bother me as much. I use green mandarin, kumquat, clementine and diffuse them.
Had to laugh when you shared it was spikenard that really has an off-putting smell because I bought some for aromatherapy and didn't smell it before I put it in the vacuum cleaner bag and started vacuuming. I was horrified and nearly ruined the vacuum cleaner as it got all sucked into the filters and plastic and everything and every time I vacuumed it was horrible, LOL! At least I did something good for our boundaries, but I was happy when it wore off! Thank you for this remarkably helpful video! I think we all have issues with boundaries and everyone would benefit from these vibrational changes.
@@TaraWagner I associate valerian root with the rest fullness and peace it provides so it's a good scent for me since I don't always sleep well. Plus with spikenard it's a very spiritual oil too... Jesus' feet washed with it. I've heard it said to be the oil of the divine gateway (adam barralet's video on it) love your video 😊
Add the oils into the washer and/or a spray bottle! Lots of air and sunlight too. (Be careful with anything that contains citrus against certain materials when spraying on - test patch first.)
Definitely had to subscribe! ❤️❤️❤️ I love essential oils and aromatherapy, I use them at home all the time. I will be watching your other videos as well. Thank you for this great video 👍❤️✨🙏🧜♀️
Question. I am planning to make my own oils but not sure how to make sure they are ready. I can charge under the moon light ? How do I make sure they are ready.
What I understand about the process of essential oil extraction, it’s not something that can actually be DIY at home. It takes lots of equipment, very precise growing conditions, very exact extraction methods, and lab testing to ensure none of the wrong plant material (or otherwise) made it into the batch, You can make infusions easily though - is that what you mean instead?
We can't change others, but we can use oils to help us show up with healthy boundaries, handle people as our best self, and not be bogged down by other's energy. Unless you're using patchouli - most people hate the way patchouli smells. LOL
Many thanks for your positive advice. Me being a complete empath, by character doesn't help. Funny thing is I used to work for Nealsyard Remedies (London UK) but only as a warehouse staff, never knew about the fundamentals of these lovely oils. My job was just to fill tiny little blue bottles. Lol 😔
@@TaraWagner Thank you for answering my question. I wanted to mention that I have been taking baths with frankincense and myrrh with salt. I learned recently how to combine it with my other oils like tea tree and lavender. With that being said I wanted to ask you that if I got your top five and I mix them all in the bath do you think it would be safe and efficient or is it too much to mix together? A side note, when I mixed the frankincense myrrh lavender and tea tree along with the salt, it did work better.🌞
Hello Tara I wanted too apologize to you for asking you about the baths. It had not registered at the time that you were speaking mostly of aromatherapy.👧🏽
Aromatherapy is just a general topic - using oils in baths def falls under that! However I didn’t see your last comment until you just replied again so thank you for that! Yes you can experiment mixing more in your bath. But start low and slow (fewer total drops to start) to see how your body responds and if it’s too overpowering.

Hi
You didn’t mention anything about lemongrass?
I talk about lemongrass around 2:45...any specific Qs you have on it?
No frankincense and myrrh?
They’re not my top. 😊
