I feel like it'd be best if they just served comfort food, as someone who doesn't fly very often the last time I was at an airport I just wanted to pretend like everything was normal despite the fact that planes were actively flying overhead. But, he does make a good point about food that you can eat and not keep you tossing and turning for 3 hours on the flight.
I've tried the Grab and Go this summer when I was travelling, honestly, it really is everything he said, and it was the best meal I ever had on plane, absolutely amazing. Wasn't expensive and wasn't cheap, somewhere in between, but definitely worth it!

This is indeed my favourite airport restaurant. I recommend people to try it out before judging it over the internet. Also it is not overpriced it is rather reasonable for the quality of food you get !
