The 10-inch skillet with the Great Seal logo was released in 2015. This was the second pan in the official "American Heritage" series, and the fourth in the Cracker Barrel series. They'd released an American-themed skillet in 2012 and 2013, but they didn't call it the "American Heritage" series then. That started in 2014 with the release of the Buffalo Nickel skillet...which Lodge then continued producing on its own for several years after that. I think the Buffalo Nickel skillet is even available today; but all of the other Cracker Barrel pieces have sold out before the 4th of July each year, and until now they haven't been reproduced. The Great Seal skillet is the first re-release of a Cracker Barrel design.
I saw the cornbread mixes when I was at the Lodge Factory last week but didn't get any because I had reached my budget with cast iron finds. lol I always wondered why they didn't have their own cornbread mixes since cornbread has always been a big thing with their skillets. I'm curious how the mixes taste.

I baked all of the Lodge Cornbread mixes for mothers days and I totally forgot to record the cornbread.. im gonna order more and do a taste test.

Question how are Everyday Scrub Cloth do you have to replace them or can you just keep on using them and how do you like them?
They last very long and they clean really well without any damage to the seasoning. It’s my only cleaning tool for cast iron. Highly recommend
