I buy all my cast iron at thrift stores and garage sales. I have a cabinet full of skillets, grill plates, dutch ovens, pots. More than ill use, but I can't stop buying them.
All I use is Cast iron. Except when I’m using my kitchen appliances like insta pots, air fryers, French fryers, ninja grill XL . Ninja counter toaster oven. But on the stove top or in my oven I use my Cast iron.

We're headed to the 2024 Cornbread Festival in South Pittsburg, Tennessee on Saturday, 27 April 2024 and Sunday 28 April 2024. There is a historical tour of the town that ends with a tour of the Lodge foundry. @AmyLearnsToCook: you should join us!
If you're planning on getting a piece of cast iron up to a thousand degrees, you'd better plan on spending time stripping off all the destroyed seasoning and then going through the process of completely re-seasoning it. That is, if you don't completely mess up the temper of the metal.

Lodge items in Canada are way over priced. I see in that store they are reasonably priced. Cast Iron was a poor persons cookware now it's a trend so price goes up.

What makes it an outlet? Usually outlet means that it’s worse than the normal item but these look the same

This store is bigger than the one we visited in 2019. They moved down the street almost next door to where they were. Very easy to find.
