At 73, I can no longer go through those full workouts, nor do I need to. My body was trained a long time ago to deal with the various techniques of Striking, Blocking, and Kicking. Stretching, and warming up, in fact, are 75% of my simple approach. After many years, I have learned how to get the most out of a 45 minute workout.

LOTS of punching, and at least 100 kicks, each leg, three days a week, is my basic approach. I also apply Isometric/isotonic exercises to Warm up and augment the muscles required for the punching.
Please teach me the Tao of Jeet Kune do it will help me a lot post a training video every day please brother and i will support your RUclips channel also ❤❤
