Taekwondo Lesson 1/24 | Heaven & Earth INTRO
Hey guys, welcome to my online Taekwondo lessons. I've been practicing Taekwondo since I was a little kid so I thought I'd put together a series of lessons that studies classical taekwondo in depth through a series of 24 classes that covers everything from basic beginner to advanced expert. These lessons are online and experimental, but I wanted to give others a way to practice at home if they don't have the opportunity or desire to practice at a dojo. In each lesson we'll start by training our bodies, building strength and flexibility. Then there will be a segment where we practice taekwondo skills in depth. I've designed these routines by pulling drills and forms straight out of the ori...

How Disciplined Stretching Changed My Body - A Personal Journey

Today I'm embarking on an extremely intimidating journey-I'm going to stretch for 5 hours every day, for 7 days. The reason? I've always had decent flexibility, but now I'm on a mission to dramatically enhance it. Throughout my life, I've learned aga...

    Just want to share that I have been critical of those who have put on shows that only present a one-sided depiction of the supposed drug letters. They are actually trials in absentia of a person who could no longer defend himself. I don't object to discussing this topic, but as Bruce isn't here physically any more, they must be conducted fairly, with representatives from both people who allege that Bruce was a drug addict and those in Bruce's defence. Just as we don't accept a trial without an adequate defence, so too we shouldn't be complicit about these shows as acceptable, particularly under the guise of caring about Bruce's wellbeing.

    • @CalebCormac
      @CalebCormac 3 месяца назад

      Why do you keep watching my videos if you don't like my approach? Bruce Lee and his son both said JKD is unique to each individual and Bruce lee did spinning kicks in his films all the time. You need to chill. My goal is not to interpret JKD perfectly (whatever that means) but to integrate and study Bruce Lee's martial arts philosophy. Good day sir.

    • @fwwryh7862

      @@CalebCormac There are basic principles. Bai Jong stance is one of them. The idea of total freedom is more about including all styles into one and therefore being 'formless'. Karate, boxing, savate and others. But there is still a strict JKD framework. The southpaw straight lead is basic day 1 JKD.

      @@fwwryh7862well mb you can make a video. I have only covered two chapters of the Tao of jeet kune do and what I have read is what is featured in these videos.
