Went into a music store a little over a year ago with no intention of purchasing a guitar. I played a bunch of different acoustics and kept coming back to this one. I wound up buying it because it played so damn well, was extremely comfortable, and had a sweet and punchy tone. When I brought it to the counter, the guy wanted to get me a new one out of the back and I told him no, I wanted the one I picked. Best value I've eber gotten on a guitar.
I'm italian, even in my store which has really a lot of instruments, and I mean 1000 acoustics, with a price range of 600-800€ I prefered this, sounds simply great
I picked up one of these with a pristine white straight grained Sitka top. The craftsmanship is flawless. This little gem is loud, punchy, balanced and resonant. I have several highend US made acoustics....this is a great addition to my staple. $150...WOW!
I found one ... a 'return' resold in eBay for $180 to my door. It was flawless and had the plastic on the guard and batteries still wrapped. $300 retail and few dealers will discount them since they are so wildly popular.
I had my eye on the Martin too, but this one sounds great. I need something to replace my dreadnought, which is too big and uncomfortable for me now that I've got joint problems, and this one definitely fits the bill. Cheers, Ernest. :)
I had a guild that was a jumbo junior and it didnt give quite the right sound that I liked. It was much more tiny which was somewhat nice only if you were standing up. This guitar is perfect. I love the skinny neck. Mine is old school looking. I love the deeper tones on this guitar. It was 200 bucks for the win. They guy said this was by far the best guitar in its price range I played a few. Then realized holy crap this guitar resonates... and functionality is quite amazing.
Ottimo commento e sei un gran Chitarrista . Io l'ho acquistata nel 2018 .. Poi per ragioni personali ho smesso di suonare ed ho ripreso quest'anno. Suona davvero alla grande questa chitarra..grazie della tua recensione. Ciao ❤
...uh...steel. :p its ok i had the same problems when i started. I've generally only associated nylon strings with classical guitars and their wide necks. If its not a classical then its more likely a standard acoustic with steel or brass strings.

I ordered a Yamaha AG3-HC hard case from B&H Photo and it is a perfect fit. The hard case replaced a soft case because I wanted more protection.
