I USED TO WORK FOR SWISSPORT IN VIRGINIA THEY COUNTED LATE AS .5 POINTS AND 1.0 FOR A NO CALL NO SHOW. BUT I FELL SICK FOR 4 DAYS I CALLED THEM BUT THEY TOLD ME DURING PROBATION I ONLY GET 3 POINTS AND THAT MY SICK LEAVE COUNTED AS A POINT EACH SHIFT I THINK THAT IS VERY UNFAIR . I BELIEVE THAT WAS REALLY BAD I LIKED THE JOB BUT ITS SAD I COULDNT SHOW THEM WHAT I COULDO DO FOR THE COMPANY

I’m also in Virginia, apply to United airlines instead or American maybe delta, they pay better and the flight benefits are great not like Swissport
