The real "aborigine and native" settlers in the Philippines will be the Aetas, Ifugaos, numads, but many of us are descendants of Malay, Chinese, Spanish, Arab, blood. Even the Muslims in Mindanao arrived in the Philippines only about 80 years ahead of Magellan with the exception of the Sultan of Sulu who predates every "foreigner" around. Is there any Filipino now who complains that his land was stolen from the Spanish? That would make an interesting study though.
