Awesome! I wish I had the 6.5 turbo. Mine is the 6.2 and it is weak...You have a lot of nice parts on that truck. I recently bought hard doors and that is not cheap. Hopefully you can spec out the body panels at a reasonable price.
You are going to need the yellow handle winch controller for that rear hydraulic winch. GP is inconsistent with their amor removal, you can see the added inside cowl and transmission tunnel armor still in place on your particular truck.
did you get an sf97 when you bought it? I only ask because I just bought one at auction and was wondering how long it took for you to get the release so it could be picked up?

The M1114 slants have a different armor design from the M115X and M1165X, basically, AM General built the trucks then shipped them to Ogara Hess for the armor package installation, which I assume is not readily removable like the M115X and M116X series armor sandwiched onto the factory shell.

For some reason they remove the slant backs off the M1114's.
