Hello Chef. I simply adore your recipes. I will try this one tommorow and I am sure it will taste good. The only tweak that I have done here is marinating the raw chicken with a dash of salt, ginger garlic paste and coarse Kashmiri chilli paste. Will then dust it with a dry coat of all purpose flour. Dip it in the Masala Lollipop dip and deep fry it. I would skip the gg paste in the masala dip. I love the even crispy coat that the dusting would give.
Scraping the bone to take all the meat out is calling frenching the bone . You do it so the batteries is not attracted to any meat on the bone before cooking . You will see this is done to rd meat ribs and that’s why they do it . All your recipes are very good. The lollipops almost end up like chicken pakora
