    If you don’t make a mistake once in a while it’s because your not doing anything 👍. It’s never about the mistakes it’s about how we handle them. And you Sir are a fine craftsman so had you not shown us no one but you would have ever known.
    That’s the mark we all strive for a finished project/product our customers and ourselves can be proud of.. great content.

      Binz primer (shellac based with tan color tint)

    What primer?

      the binz. (I had it tinted). the brown base coat is also a self-priming paint

    You can not glue boards together with cleats. The wood will shrink and expand with ambient moisture and tear the panels apart.

      they are not edge glued and they will shrink which is why I stain the tongues before assembly. 5" width will allow for glue creep without warping
